Comprehensive Transportation Service Agreement
COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 Definitions
- "Company" refers to ICONIC LIMO SERVICE
- "Customer" or "Client" refers to the individual or entity contracting for services
- "Transportation Provider" (TP) refers to independent contractors providing vehicle and driver services
- "Vehicle" refers to any transportation unit utilized for service provision
- "Booking Platform" refers to the Company's online booking and reservation management system
- "Service" refers to all transportation and related services provided under this agreement
- "All-Inclusive Package" refers to pre-negotiated service agreements where specified services, fees, are bundled into a single fixed price. Gratuity not included.
- "Standard Service" refers to itemized service bookings subject to additional fees as outlined in Section 7
1.2 Legal Capacity
Customer represents to be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contractual agreements under applicable state and federal law.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE
2.1 Service Provision
The Company provides transportation arrangement services connecting customers with independent Transportation Providers. Services include but are not limited to:
- Point-to-point transportation
- Hourly charter services
- Airport and train station transfers
- Special event transportation
- Corporate transportation services
2.2 Vehicle Classifications
- Standard vehicles: Sedans, SUVs, Transit Sprinters
- Premium vehicles: Stretch Limousines, Party Buses, Limousine Sprinters, Buses
3. INSURANCE AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Insurance Coverage
All Transportation Providers maintain comprehensive commercial auto insurance with minimum coverage limits as required by applicable state regulations.
3.2 Safety Standards
All vehicles undergo regular safety inspections and maintenance protocols. Transportation Providers must maintain valid commercial driver's licenses and pass background checks.
3.3 Vehicle Capacity
Maximum passenger capacity is strictly enforced. Overloading vehicles is prohibited and may result in service refusal without refund.
4. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND SUPERVISION
4.1 Unaccompanied Minors
Passengers under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult supervisor at all times during service.
4.2 Adult Supervision Requirements
The supervising adult assumes full responsibility for minor passengers' conduct and compliance with all terms and conditions.
5. RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS, AND REBOOKINGS
5.1 Reservation Confirmation and Payment Requirements
Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. Priority scheduling is allocated to users with completed payment transactions.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Cash payments are not accepted, except for gratuities in Standard Service bookings
5.2 Cancellation and No-Show Policy
5.2.1 Cancellation Policy
Standard Service Bookings:
Standard Vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, and Transit Sprinters):
- Cancellations must be submitted a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled pickup time
- Cancellation fees:
- Sedans and SUVs: $35.00 or 25% of total service cost, whichever amount is greater
- Transit Sprinters: $65.00 or 25% of total service cost, whichever amount is greater
Premium Vehicles (Stretch Limousines, Party Buses, Limousine Sprinters, and Buses):
- Cancellations must be submitted a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled pickup time
- Cancellation fee: $200.00 or 25% of total trip cost, whichever amount is greater
All cancellations submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
All-Inclusive Package Bookings:
- We are an all inclusive booking company.
- Fees may differ from Standard Service rates due to the bundled nature of services
- Cancellation Submission: All cancellation requests must be processed through the Company's online booking platform, email, or telephone contact.
5.2.2 No-Show Policy
A no-show designation applies when a customer remains unreachable within thirty (30) minutes of the scheduled pickup time. For airport and train station pickups, this period extends to sixty (60) minutes. (unless major flight or train delays would affect arrival time)
Complimentary Waiting Periods:
- Airport and train station pickups: 60 minutes
- All other locations: 15 minutes
- Standard Service: Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be charged at $2.00 per minute. (unless major flight or train delays would affect arrival time)
5.3 Reservation Modifications and Rebooking
Modification requests must be submitted a minimum of three (3) hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Rebooking requests are processed as new reservations.
6. PASSENGER CONDUCT AND VEHICLE POLICIES
6.1 Compliance Requirements
All passengers must adhere to applicable traffic regulations, local ordinances, and follow Transportation Provider instructions at all times.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Smoking or vaping in vehicles
- Illegal drug use or possession
- Disorderly conduct or harassment
- Damage to vehicle interior or exterior
- Bringing weapons or hazardous materials
6.3 Food and Beverage Policy
Food consumption is discouraged but allowed within vehicles.
6.4 Cleaning and Damage Fees
Standard Service: Customers are liable for all cleaning, repair, or replacement costs resulting from excessive damage or cleaning beyond normal wear from passenger actions, including but not limited to:
- Spills, stains, or odors: Minimum $150.00 cleaning fee
- Equipment damage (TV, sound system, lighting): Actual replacement cost plus labor
- Excessive cleaning requirements: $25.00 per hour plus materials
7. PAYMENT STRUCTURE AND ADDITIONAL FEES
7.1 Pricing Structure
Service charges are calculated based on vehicle classification, route specifications, time requirements, and additional service requests.
7.2 Service Modifications and Supplemental Charges
Additional charges apply for:
All-Inclusive Packages:
- Included Services: The specific services, mileage allowances, time limits, and stops, in the fixed price.
- Excluded Services: Any services not specifically included in the package (such as excessive route changes, extended time beyond package limits, or damage fees) will be charged separately according to the rates specified in the package agreement
7.3 Gratuity Policy
Standard Service: Gratuities are the only thing not included in service charges. A 20% gratuity is added to the total service cost. Additional gratuities remain at the customer's discretion.
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
8.1 General Liability Provisions
ICONIC LIMO SERVICE assumes no liability for damages, injuries, or losses unless such damages result from gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Transportation Providers and drivers operate as independent contractors and are not considered employees of ICONIC LIMO SERVICE.
8.2 Customer Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ICONIC LIMO SERVICE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Customer or passenger misconduct
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Third-party claims related to customer actions
- Property damage caused by customer or passengers
8.3 Personal Property Disclaimer
ICONIC LIMO SERVICE assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Customers are advised to secure valuable items.
8.4 Online Platform Content Liability
ICONIC LIMO SERVICE does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided through the Company's online booking platform and assumes no liability for system errors unless such errors result from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 Unforeseeable Circumstances
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (natural disasters, severe weather)
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor strikes or disputes
- Equipment failures beyond normal maintenance
- Traffic conditions or road closures
- Public health emergencies
9.2 Notice and Mitigation
The affected party must provide prompt notice of force majeure circumstances and make reasonable efforts to mitigate delays or disruptions.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal regulations.
10.2 Dispute Resolution Process
Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation between parties
- Mediation through a qualified mediator
- Binding arbitration if mediation fails
- Legal proceedings only as a last resort
10.3 Venue
Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
11.1 Information Collection
The Company collects personal information necessary for service provision, including contact details, payment information, and travel preferences.
11.2 Data Usage
Personal information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and operational purposes. Information is not sold or shared with third parties except as required for service provision or legal compliance.
11.3 Data Security
The Company implements reasonable security measures to protect customer information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
12. ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE SPECIFICATIONS
12.1 Package Definition and Scope
All-Inclusive Packages represent pre-negotiated service agreements where specific services, allowances, and fees are bundled into a single fixed price.
- Exact services included (vehicle type, duration, mileage allowance, number of stops)
- Gratuities included or excluded
- Any time, mileage, or service limitations
- Specific exclusions and additional fee structures
12.2 Package Transparency
Customers will receive a clear breakdown of what is included and excluded in any All-Inclusive Package before booking confirmation.
13. SEVERABILITY AND AMENDMENT
13.1 Severability
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.2 Amendment Process
This agreement may only be modified through written amendment signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
13.3 Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.

14.2 Notice Requirements
Written notices are deemed received when:
- Delivered electronically with confirmation receipt
- Delivered by certified mail, return receipt requested
- Delivered in person with written acknowledgment
15. EFFECTIVE DATE AND ACCEPTANCE
15.1 Agreement Acceptance
By booking services or making payment, Customer acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.
15.2 Effective Period
This agreement remains in effect for all services booked and shall govern the relationship between parties until superseded by an updated agreement.
